When a seguls are miles from water how do they find there food

They are well known scavengers that we follow the farmers plough to pick off titbits (worms, etc) that are exposed when the soil is tilled. Not to mention, at the landfill sites for household waste.

They hover around the garbage and wait from someone to miss.

they can smell it from a far distance pretty much all animal have a sense of better smell that us 1000 times better than us

they can see the small fish just under the surface and they dive for them
