i have a Dell Inspiron 9300 laptop with Sony drive-CD RW/DVD CRX830E. With this I can play DVDS but cannot burn.Is there a way of upgrading this drive, enabling DVD burning ? Is any free software available?

My daughters are 6,4 and 3 years old.Yesterday the oldest wanted some wine when she saw me drinking and I gave her.The younger girls also wanted some.I gave them drink half a glass and then nothing unusual happened.The girls were ok as usually.Why do most people say that children shouldn't be given wine?I don't think it's a good example to do something and at the same time to tell the kids not to do it.It's stupid to say "Don't see what am I doing,just listen what am I saying".If you drink,why don't you let your children drink?

If it was my daughter, I would politely tell her to give me a break for a bit (which I have had to do with her), or if it was during a movie I would say "shhhh..trying to pay attention to the movie", but when it is a "step" i feel I have to be more careful of his feelings. The boy lost his mom for goodness sake. What would you do?

I've heard of black people wearing t-shirts that say "It's a black thing, you wouldn't understand" but, if white people wore a shirt that said "It's a white thing, you wouldn't understand" I'm pretty sure most black people would be offended and say that white person was a racist KKK member.

I would like to know how to store rain water and keep it fresh for human consumption, in case of an emergency where fresh water is not acquirable, the water will be collected in 2 gallon buckets out in the open (not collected from a roof or gutter) and may be held for a number of days. What methods can I use to assure that the water is safe to drink later on?

When my laptop reboots, it shows a blue sreen for around a second and then it turns back the laptop back on again. This usually happens when i play games but it also happens when I do other things like watch movies, make powerpoint presentations. My laptop is one year old and has a 1gb memory. Under guidance from a friend, I ran a virus scan Norton Antivirus 2005 and found out that my laptop has a virus called Win32 Parite. I fixed those infected files but that still had no effect. I have also tried reinstalling the OS. Please help me.

Hi, i'm in desperate need of some type of morning workout routine? i'm 41 & really never had to work out until now...i use to be in gymnastics in high school but that was a very,very,VERY, long time ago!...lol...! but what im looking for is to be able to lose it mainly around my stomach & especially on my sides...OMG! but i dont have much time & like it to be @ home as well...? can someone help find a good routine 4 me that can target my problem areas? thank you sooooo much!... :) ...

My ex has done so many bad things to me, ripped me off, lied, beaten me, twisted my mind etc. I Gave him so many chances cause i believed it was the drugs doing it to him.And he promised that he stopped. I found out he pawned my phone for a R1000 for coke when he told me he left it at a friends house. I had to go buy it back. This is the last staw. I am stupid for giving him chances. But this time he has gone too far. I cant go to the police cause i have already droped numerous charges against him. I need to get back so badly that it hurts. He doesnt know that i have my phone back, or that i know that he pawned it, so i can really play him, but how?
