i am actually a moderate Muslim. lemme inroduce myself first...i am a student of electrical engineering and atleast i consider myself moderate!i HATE violence, be it from US led forces in iraq or b it the equally unjustified attacks on US,UK citizens.
An American guy on the TV was saying for all Americans to find an Arab and "KILL an ARAB!".

Even if we don't know yet who attempted 9/11 attacks, fingers automatically point towards Arabs or Muslims. I feel torn between defending them and sympathy to the people who died in the attack.
dont let the TV pics fool u coz ur media is utterly misleading!

Because all we ever hear about is the muslim terrorists. The peace loving muslims aren't speaking out. Muslim terrorists are murdering innocent people all over the globe. Yet we don't hear a whisper of complaint out of any of the so-called moderate muslims. Every mosque in the world should be preaching against these barbarians who are killing people. Yet many of the mosques around the world are actually promoting violence. So you can see why few people have sympathy for the average muslim. They need to stand up and be heard if they are really against violence. Every time an Iman gets up in a mosque and starts preaching violence he ought to be thrown out and replaced by someone who is non-violent. If nothing else you could just stop going to that mosque. You say "they'll kill us if we speak out". They can't kill you if there is enough of you. If just 80% of the muslims are non-violent, that's about 1.2 BILLION muslims. They can't kill 1.2 billion muslims. Now if there's not very many non-violent muslims then the idea of the so-called moderate muslim is a myth. You must speak out.

1.Not all people think this.
2. Bad publicity as a result of misunderstanding, stereotyping and a few bad people like bin laden. Then again, there are bad people in ALL religions!

Additional details:
You wrote: "Even if we don't know yet who attempted 9/11 attacks, fingers automatically point towards Arabs or Muslims"
I can't believeyou would say that...bin laden the coward was responsible for the attacks!!! He even admitted it, you are either with us or againts us, by excusing bin laden of the attacks then you are clearly falling to the Arab media that is blaming 9/11 on innocent people. I'm pretty sure you know who is being blmaed for it, and it is despicable! bin laden is responsile!

For one, ...I think alot of people are misguided in thinking that all American's are Christians. Thankfully it is not true. I myself do not adhere to any of the major world religions but instead am guided by a faith system of a very personal nature.. But in any case ..... I think it is important to point out,...you say you have on your channels clips of people from America saying "find an Arab and kill them" the irony of it is we do not see this on our news at all, and are instead seeing the exact same thing but opposite. We are seeing chanting, angry Persians and other Arab muslim extremist saying "it is ok to sell a Zionist (which again I dont know how we all are qualified as such) like cattle, and if you cant sell him it is ok to kill him, death to the US!"

Somewhere there has to be a view of the middle. On both sides.

of course not. Just like Christians, we know you have a few nut jobs that should not be influencing others. Why don't the masses do something then? The only difference I see is that certain Muslim factions see death and destruction as an answer.

Christians. peace and charity.
We all deal in absolutes and tend to characterize groups from what we see and hear.
do you think I want my sons to be alter boys?
Of course not. The stigma of priests being pedophiles makes me
more aware of the dangers of association.
When death by bombing becomes alot less popular with Muslims, is when I become alot more accepting of Muslims.

The peace loving Muslims should do peace loving things that make the News. Instead ,the only Muslims that make the News are the terrorists or the Sunni vs. Shiite conflict.

Yes, most of the muslims are peace loving people, but there are a few don't love peace and most of the Muslim religous leaders are not coming to the frontline to advice the terrorists leaders for stopping violence.

Propaganda .... Because the USA government needs a smoke screen to keep it's citizens scared in order to push through there agendas and to deflect attention from there profit gaining activities. If anybody questions them the fling 911 right in your mug and everybody backs off. The peace loving Muslims do however need to get to there violent brethren and stop the suicide bombs in Israel, not good for any PR campaign

Because "all Christians" DON'T believe this. Like someone else said, you are stereotyping in exactly the same manner about which you are complaining!!!

One guy on T.V. makes a statement and now 1 BILLION people think Muslims are terrorists?

No.

Because the Muslims on the news are violent terrorists and we need to be aware of them. For a long time Christians overlooked Muslim violence, but not anymore. We know what Jihad is: Holy War, which means they are coming our way to kill us. If you are not a Salafi, they are probably planning to come to your home too.
So, wise up!
