Anybody remember Lalabell? or Lala, (don't know the real name)?

Did she have a friend that practiced judo or something? It's the only thing I remember, don't know, I might even be confusing it with another show.

I did a search because the name doesnt ring any "bell", la la or otherwise. but the search was comfusing, there is a magical lalabelle who travels with a suitcase, a Japanese one"Mahô shôjo Lalabelle" (1980) who is maybe the same thing,
