Each time you wake up, remind yourself you are not a quitter, tug in your stomach and take a deep breath and hold it for 15 seconds. Faithfully do situps for 10 min and bicycle your feet in the air and count to 30. start out slowly and work up your energy each day. The result is not going to show up in a split of a second but doing it daily will. Eat light.

The only way to loose the jelly belly is through cardio. You can't do sit ups only and hope it'll dissappear. What you can do is walk for 30 minutes or you can buy DVD or VCDs of excercise videos - yoga is good. Trust me.

I suggest you look at excercise videos. They have some good videos that are broken into 8-20 minute segments for people who do not have much time.
