Sometimes i hit my forehead (not to hard) just kind of like a DOH! I can't believe i just did that!

I don't hit myself (on some occasions I do discipline myself in a non-physical way). I try to tell myself how to avoid this mistake in the future, and if it seems appropriate I tell the others I care about to make sure they do not make the same mistake I did. I try to make the best out of my mistakes. Instead of cry over them, learn from them so that they will never happen again.
