I mean even some of the people asking questions give you a smart *** comeback after they ask you for your opinion. You give your opinion and they snap back with an attitude. Well don't ask me for my freaking opinion if you really don't want it. I even agreed with someone earlier and got a smart *** reply! What the hell is wrong with people these days? Geez!

Is this correct...

y-5=1/2(x-(-1))
y=1/2x+2
y=1/2x+3/2 (parallel)

y-5=-2(x-5)
y=-2x+5 (perpendicular)

Why do people oppose it so much? It is a common misconception that kids raised with a particular religion will turn out just like their parents. I attended a Christian school, and the kids that were the LEAST tolerant of the religion, were the kids that were raised with it all their lives. They merely went through the motions. My best friend, while VERY fanatical in her teen years, as an adult as turned out to be very open minded now that she has grown up. So why should we care, if people choose to raise kids in a religion??

In my expierence, it usually works against the parents, not for them.

My computer was without any virus protection for about three weeks and no it is slower than a....well I can't think of anything...but it's slow. Last time this happened I wiped my whole hard drive and started fresh. I would like to do this again, and I am fine with reinstaling everything, just don't know how to erase the hard drive again.


(It's a Dell Dimension 4100 if that helps)

My future mother-in-law pretended to be my best friend while I was helping her out or doing things for her, but now that I've realized that she was just using me she and I've stopped, she is trying to come between me and my fiance. He has already told her that if this is how she's going to act, then he wants nothing to do with her, but that's not enough for her. Now there are things on the net and all over my area about how I have brainwashed her son into staying with me and how I am so jealous of her. This woman is 50 years old, and I guess I was wrong when I assumed that you reached an age when you grew up. She has come in between my future sister-in-law and her husband several times. I have tried the nice way of telling her to butt out, but she doesn't get it. She thinks I'm being too hard on her, and actually had the nerve to tell me that my fiance absolutely must do things when she asks him to because he is her son and he owes her. What do you do with a person like this?

my x husband is taken me to court for custody of our son. my son has been with me since he was born 6 years ago. it is only here recently that my x has been interested in our son. i think its crappy that after all the hard stuff is over the diapers the 2 am feedings, he nows wants him.
