1.Not being here illegally, because if you are here illegally then you are a criminal and criminals are not good citizens.
2.Not being on welfare and continuing to have children. You are a continuos drain on resources.
3.Properly supervising and rainsing your children. If not your children become criminals and criminals are not good citizens.
4.Not driving without auto insurance. Not only is this criminal but you are a drain on everyone elses resources when you cause an accident.
