Who decided that the Bermuda triangle would be a triangle and how do they keep all the anomalies inside of?

the location of longitude and latitude of the Bermuda area form a triangle.

In that triangle shaped area there seems to be something possibly magnetic or otherwise that cause a malfunction of technology. Researchers have not be able to prove any problems and have not found another area on earth that has the same effect on technology.

No one person decided that fact. All anyone really knowns about that area is that some strange thing can happen in that area. And the few people that have survived that area are not talking. And who said that with all the stranges that go on world wide that it is all contained in that small area.............................
