copies are indicted by the abbreviation "cc:" (for carbon copy, one of the relics of correspondence -- I am ancient enough to remember the blackened fingers from it!). However, how you list the names of people to be copied on the letter depends. Alphabetical order is usually good, although pecking order may play a role, w/ the CEO listed first and underlings below in alphabetical order. Lots of luck!
