How does one afford an incredibly overpriced game system for $600-1000, if you don't have a job, camping out for several days for a new PS3?

Take a vacation day or two off...and you've lost several hundred dollars right there...

Is this the "new math", like roughly 50% of Americans believe a lottery ticket is a better gamble with money versus a 401(K), etc?

It's no wonder countries like Japan, Germany, France, and China look at us, since we are morally, ethically, and culturally bankrupt.

Hi all.
whena man tells his g/f his friends call him an *******,and that his g/f does not even know him.Should his g/f take this as a sign.Her b/f is telling her what his friends told him to tell her.
He than repeated his co-workers said he has g/f`s all over the place,again her b/f repeated this to his g/f.
Should she be concerned with these statments he is making of himself?

okay so im 5"1 and 145 pounds sure to some people that isnt much but im not in a healthy bmi range. i was always tiny until i had deaths in the family and gained 20 pounds. sure its not a excuse but it was for me. now i cant get rid of it. i start out all excited and eat right and excersize and then a week later i give up. the longest i went was for two weeks. i hate exercizing well who truely loves it. i guess if i found something fun im just busy with college and working.. so anyways sorry for rambling.. HOW DO PEOPLE COMMIT! how can i keep losing the weight. i know i can do it i lost 5 pounds in one week once but gave it up cause the food cost too much. and i dont eat that much its really hard for me to eat 5 small meals a day i always forget one. but i love water! yummy. thank you for anyone that can help me.

I am doing a Phd and am currently in my 2nd year. I have a prt time job which I am getting made redundant from soon. I am debating whether to get another oart time job and have money to spend or not, concentrate on PhD and be skint all of the time.
