First let me say that I hate exercise too. But I have gradually increased my walking in the last 5 months to the recommended 10,000 steps a day by using a pedometer.
Take a look at the GI Diet by Rick Gallup. its easy to follow, it does not rely on expensive "diet" foods, and is really good and you do not get hungry on it. I have lost 65lbs in 5 months with it...;

Malorie, whilst the countless concepts presented past to mine would or no longer be actual i will supply you one from my very own very own journey. (i'm 15 went from two hundred pounds to one hundred seventy in a month or 2). All it takes is burning greater suitable than you consume. in short: consume much less run greater. this would be some distance much less confusing than all of those fancy diets that only do no longer artwork. each and every of the stable books would help comprehend the comparable. consume a balanced breakfast consume an honest lunch consume a small, healthful dinner. or drink a protein shake. Breakfast cereals rather are a stable breakfast. (Cheerios are great) Drink some orange juice with this. Waffles and fruit, eggs Baron Verulam toast, those are all great combinations. Lunch: Sandwiches, pasta, rice, throw in some fruit or a veggie and your stable to pass. Dinner: possibly a small salad or soup. Throw in some protein throughout the week and you will see consequences quickly. do no longer pass with a weight-alleviation plan you cant stay with. I discovered that the no longer worry-free way. some eating places that are stable are Subway, Rubios, Ruby Tuesdays, etc. evade McDonalds as much as a possibility, yet moderation is suitable. I recommend walking at nighttime, crunches, hitting the treadmill or contacting your well being care expert for greater advice. My variety one advice is to attempt to rigidity as low as a possibility. Set your objective and shop it in innovations. the only individual keeping you back is you. i actually wish this enables. do no longer have confidence "specific" diets because of the fact human beings have been healthful and misplaced weight earlier all of that. Regards, Matt

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

Why don't you go to the US Health Department page of federal govemment? They have tests that will break down how much of each vitamin, mineral, potassium, fat, etc. you need based on how much caloric intake you should be getting for your height along with giving lists of foods that contain those foods.

You need to watch sodium intake as it causes you to retain and is bad for your cholestrol as well as being found in the fattiest food for the most part. Water is a great start. if you like water a lot, try water with 1tblspoon of apple vinegar once a day. It will clear your system of anything that is toxic, get rid of hang overs, cleans your bowels, and also helps people with absorbing nutrients. Drink 84 oz of water a day if your not already and cut down caffeine to one 16oz drink perferable low on sugar.

Also I am with you on the exercise, but you should try stretching for 30-40 minutes a day not only to relax, but it will tighten your ab muscles to lean over and hold your feet. You should try either pilates or yoga. You don't have to go far on the web to find popular easy positions to try.

Good Luck!!
