I have been living at this modest apartment complex in the suburbs of Baltimore for two years. I really like it there because of the close proximity to my office by car and walking distance and the price is right. Shopping is very very close by. Anyway, two weeks ago, my neighbor started to use the F bomb to me when I came home from working a poll and picked up my mailbox at the mailbox. All I said to her was Good evening how are you. Then she said you better leave me the F alone, I am not talking to you every again. I said what did I do? You are always making noise at your apartment. I am so tired of people here. I said to her I have always been nice to you since I moved here. I took to the store(she doesn't drive at) I always speak to you. She then shruged when I told her that. She said the noise to coming from your side of the apartment. I told her, I am the only living by myself. I hardly make any noise. I hardly play my stereo because she is overly senstitive.

This question is probably more for people who serve in the police force or perhaps those who are solicitors. I have read an article published today in the The Mail, of a teacher - Rebecca Poole who was subjected to sexual assault by one of her young male pupils. She was actually charged with engaging in sexual activity with the youngster but has been acquitted. For those who are familiar with the case; it has been stated on the article that no action will be brought against the teenager unless there is a formal complaint. But sexual assault is a criminal offence and it has been proved to have taken place in this court case, so surely the police have an obligation to take action and bring charges against the teenager on behalf of the Crown - even if Rebecca Poole or the school have not lodged a complaint? Please could someone clarify this.

I'm thinking about upgrading to Windows Vista when it comes out (I'm on Windows XP Professional at the moment) and I'm wondering whether it will involve formatting my hard-drive. It will be fairly easy to backup my pictures and documents etc, but I can't really be bothered to re-install all my games and back-up all the random files that I might need.

Also, does just re-installing Windows require a hard-drive format too? My hard-drive isn't partitioned, which I suppose doesn't help...
