I have a close friend who is left-handed who will usually use her left hand (eating, sports etc) around me and other friends but will not use her left hand when her mother is around. She said her mother would spank her if she uses her left hand. She hates her mom being around because she feels like she is forced to use her right hand. She got cut a few times using a knife to peel fruits with her right hand but never got cut peeling fruits with her left hand.

I think she is very sneaky. She uses her right hand just to make her mom happy. Is that normal?

I am 18 years old and have been with my boyfriend for a year, she knew I wanted to be with him in Florida sooner or later, but I told her today and she flipped out on my telling my that I'm just going to play house, and end up getting pregnant, first of all I'm not that stupid, and second of all I plan to go down there get a job and go to college and make a life for ourselves, we are getting married in 2008 so I don't see what the big deal is, so now she's not talking to me and it hurts it really does, we live in the same house and it seems like we are on other planets. :(

I had been seeing this girl for about 4 weeks. She made it seem like she was only in to me. She wanted me around every day. Till she started handing around this one girl. Then she would ignore me when they went out. I didn’t trust her. Because the first time I meet her she invited me out to this other place. When I got there she was making out with another guy. Then she would make comments that made me not trust her. That happen twice. Then I blow up told her off. Then I called and try to get answers. Then more she ignored me the more I called and text. I let my emotions take the best of me. Now I feel bad. It’s been 5 weeks since the break up. I want to call her. Should I try to apologize? Or just let her go. She is with another guy already. She jumps from guy to another. She is a very dependent person. She drinks every day, she doesn’t have any ambition ,she demanded my 100% attention . Till she was out with her friends. I treated her like a queen till I couldn’t stand the uncertainties. But I miss her.

Years ago, my Father-in-law remarried, and his new wife refused to let him have anymore to do with "his" family because SHE wasn't welcomed into the family the way she thinks she should have been. Over the years, my hubby has tried to have contact with him, but SHE always stepped in and put a stop to it. Anyhow, we just found out 2 months ago, that she put him in a nursing home. We found out by "coincidence". She never notified his family at all. Well, today, hubby went to the nursing home, and signed his father out for a few hours to spend some time with him, and take him to dinner. His wife somehow found this out, and ordered the nursing home to have him returned IMMEDIATELY!! They tracked my hubby down, and told him to bring his father back. So he did. When he got back, they told him that SHE (his father's wife), has left STRICT orders, that he is not permitted to see his father again!! What would be the next step to take? What is my hubby's legal rights?? Can she do this???
