It's been a long time since I have been able to sleep over 2 or 3 hours at a time. It seems I cannot relax enough to sleep well, very often waking up feeling afraid for some reason. I won't take pills to sleep, so please don't even suggest that. What else can I do? Anyone?

My Laptop hangs if my braodband internet calbe (network plug) is
disconnected. I need to restart using the On/Off button.
Can anybody tell me what could be reason and how to resolve this problem ?

The deceased was taking regular minumin withdrawals at the time. I am just a friend (not spouse). Bank told me to roll over money and continue taking minumin withdrawals. I am only 34. I am thinking about changing my career as they are many prospects for me at the moment, and I seem to get stuck into a boring nine till five admin job.

I have qualifications in administration and childcare, I would love to go self employed but not sure what I could do!!

I have a passion for animals, make-up, and I am a friendly person. I am 22 years old but I am thinking that there has got to be more to life than filing and answering a telephone!
