I owe over £12,000 in Child support she is not getting a penny. I have not seen my daughter for over 4 months. I had an affair with this woman and lied that I was married. Why wont she leave me alone and get on with it. It is upsetting my wife and making life at home difficult to say the least . Any advice on how to get rid of her.

Maybe you should have considered the fact that your wife would be upset when you slept with the woman. Whether or not you want to see the child is beside the point. You are still the father and that makes you liable for support payments. Start making some payments, then maybe she will quit calling you. Where I am from, child support is mandatory. Comes right out of your paycheck.

So we should feel sorry for you, is what your saying?, Well You made your bed and you should have to lay in it, you know that you were married before you got this woman pregnant so I don't understand what the problem is. And as far as your not paying her she should take your black A ss to court, you said that you haven't seen your daughter in 4 months , that's your problem, do you think diapers buy themselves,what about milk , food period, why don't you stand up and be a man, cause right know your acting like a punk running from your responsibilities,I don;t blame her you wouldn't see my child either if you didn't help take care of her or him. It's boys like you that don't need a D ick because you don't know the proper way to use it, and this is for your wife , if she was a real woman, she would make you take care of your child,but I see that she is as stupid as you are , for the simple fact that she's still with you knowing that you cheated on her and had a baby with someone else , I would have your A ss in court so fast it would make your head spin. Remember that child will grow up and I hope that he or she doesn't turn out to be anything like you, a dead beat.

i guess you should have thought about your { wife } before you decided to have an affair. you are not going to get rid of this lady. and you are not paying child support because you have not seen this kid in over 4months. well with the money that you owe for child support i don't blame this lady for not allowing you to see the kid. you are not a very responsible person. so, get a clue. start paying your support because sooner or later someone will be knocking at your door, with a pair of nice shiny bracelets for you.

Own up to your responsibility and pay your child support. Just because you don't see the child does NOT mean you don't have to support her. Your daughter still has needs, you don't have to have a relationship with the mother but you do need to take care of the child.

Why not take responsibility for your actions. The baby didn't ask to be made you and her chose to be intimate and you are responsible for the product just as much as she is. Be a good adult and take care of your child.
