this person had been addicted to meth, she has been court ordered to do in house rehab, her probation officer put a no bond warrant out for her and she was picked up on the 7th of this month. How long can they hold her without a bond? do they have to give her a bond when she poses no threat to herself or anyone else?

ok i need help...everybody is asking me what i want for christmas..the problem is that i dont know what to tell them...
i am a 14 year old girl if that helps any...
i dont need cd's because i get music from the internet...
i have a cell phone already and a MP3 player
i don't know of any goood movies out...
i'm not real girly but i'm not a tomboy either because i shop at like hollister, ae, a&f, and stuff like that...
i don't wear that much jewelry either.. it gets in the way..
i do have a PS2 though...

What would you do?
My dad decided today that i was having a bad attitude. He took me a ticket to a football game i was planning to go to tonight. A very important game. When he did that i lost my temper and he was real harsh on me for it ( hard punishment) and he warned me to not even consider sneaking out to go or else and not sulk over it cuz i looked for it . I really want to go to the game. My dad is very strict so things like talking wont work.

What would you do ?
A. Look for the ticket , steal it and sneak out and go to the game
B. Don't see the game

How bad you think the consequances would be if i go for A?

What happened? I thought the evil republican party rigged the elctronic voting machines to give them the elections? Was it a technical problem? THe menu consist of Turkey(of course), dressing, greens, cornbread (yams with marshmellows),Ham, macaroni and cheese casserole, Homemade German Chocolate cake, sweet potatoe pie, pumkin pie and lemon cream pie. Should I start cooking the sweets the day before? The plan is to be done cooking by 2. 10 points to whoever gives the best schedule.(I have a son too so it'd be nice to fit time in for a snack for him.)Im off the whole week of thanksgiving so I can start as early as Monday.

Id even appreciate websites with suggested timelines. i couldn't find any myself. THANKS A BUNCH!!!!!!!

I have long hair that is already past my buttocks (I am short..) and I really don't know if I should get it cut.
My mother likes it long, but she doesn't know that it is starting to get me sick. I am dizzy, light-headed, and nauseaus (sp?) all the time. I also have headaches/migraines and trouble walking/standing steadily most of the day. I have done research about this and I have come to the conclusion that I might have vertigo. This isn't that bad, but I think that I, being a freshman, shouldn't have this problem.
I enjoy my long hair because it seperates me from the crowd. I am just tired of having this nausea, and I feel like I need a change. I've told my friends that I am wanting to get it cut over winter break and most of them are disappointed.

I know that I should do this for me, but I'm not sure what to do. Should I remain as an individual and keep it long? Or should I make a drastic change for my own self image?

(I am considering donating my hair)

We've had amazing conversations and seem to like each other on an intellectual level. But I'm worried because this guy is very attractive, and although I've been told that I am very pretty, I worry that he might think I'm too fat when he meets me in person. He's seen a couple of pictures of my face, and he knows I'm "curvy" and taller, but what if he thinks a size 16 girl is too big. How will he react and how should I handle it? Maybe I'm worried too much, but there's so much competition out there from skinny, perky 20-something girls.
