can anyone settle this arguement. what came first out of bratz and my scene? and whats best?

Bratz came out at the end of 2001.
My Scene came out at the end of 2002.
My Scene was created by Mattel to rival MGA's Bratz line. In 2005, MGA actually filed a lawsuit against Mattel claiming that they copied the Bratz line in an attempt to damage MGA's market share. I'm not sure if anything has come out of it yet.
As far as which is "best," that's really a matter of opinion. The My Scene dolls are a certainly a bit more wholesome, but the Bratz dolls are VERY well-crafted.
I haven't had much experience with the My Scene dolls; but I've been buying Bratz as collectibles since they first came out, when I was eighteen. The detail is pretty incredible.

Bratz is ugly. They are short. I like My scene because they are tall and have amazing clothes. Bratz came out first, but I wish Mattel still sold My scene. They were so beautiful.

Bratz came out as an alternative to "middle class" Barbie. Realising there was a market for a more "street" doll My Scene was created to compete with Bratz. I would prefer my daughter to play with My Scene as I find that Bratz encourages girls to grow up too fast and doesn't encourage enjoying childhood. Bratz seems to be about having lots of diamonds or bling, wearing lots of slutty make-up and prostitute clothes, porn shop heels and drinking in nasty plastic bars.

Its Bratz i think but not alot of time between them being on the shelves .My girls like them both but i think Bratz wins,Yes iv`e just put it to the vote and Bratz won hands down .They are expert judges in this as they have at least 30 of each thrown aside in boxes when a new one comes out .if i ever added up how much the bloomin things have cost me i might cry.

Bratz, My two daughtes prefer the Bratz to my scene!! Think its because Bratz cost more money!! Typical children !!!

As a mom who has to buy these dolls, I believe Bratz was first, and My scene was Mattels answer to Barbie losing sales.

My girlfriend is obsessed with Myscene and I know that Bratz came out first although she tells me differnt, it is true it was bratz! as soon as Mattel saw this they were like 'A teen barbie'
