will my panasonic lcd tv model no tx-22lt2 be able to recv high definition pictures?

No. That model is not H.D. compatible.

You will need to replace it with a new H.D. compatible television in order to receive hi-def pictures.

Also, the smallest H.D. tvs have a 26" screen.
