Be happy. Be very happy.... When I was young, I was looked upon as "skinny". I ate alot, took part in sports and did all that the other kids did. At that time, skinny kids were just skinny and fat kids were just fat. We didn't worry about it as much as now.
In the long run, you'll appreciate it. I still remember my surprise at my HS 10 yr reunion, how all the girls we thought were plain and skinny really came out beautiful whereas the ones we thought were great looking looked kinda "used up". (I'm a guy by the way, so I did look)

Eat high calorie foods every four hours, and do so for the next twenty years. It will find you later in life, you will probably pick some up when you go off to college.
Much of it is genetic, try and not worry about it; I guarantee you will look back on it and be grateful.

Increase your daily calorie intake. Also, have a meal before doing heavy cardio since on an empty stomach, doing cardio burns muscle mass and calories.
