My son is 26 months old. He was born a 3 weeks early and the doctors were concerned that he had a hearing problem after his first newborn testing. We had him tested again at two weeks and and he just barely passed. They agreed to test him again a third time and he passed with flying colors. Now my son understands most everything and will answer you with an emphatic "Yeah!" or "uh-uh" when you ask him a question. The problem is, he isn't putting sentences together. He can say Mama, Dad, Nana, Star Wars (cute huh?), Yoda, Dew (for drink) bubble, and a few other words. I'm just worried because he's not putting two word sentences together yet. He's got an appointment with a doctor but I'm just nervous about it. Do you think it's normal for a 26 month old to not be able to put a sentence together? I've just noticed other younger children who talk up a storm. (I know I shouldn't compare, but it's hard not to when you're worried about development.) Thanks for serious answers!

The Apostolics live by the baptism "in the name of Jesus" mentioned in Acts 2:38. In which the apostle Peter mentioned to the Jews who were to be converted from Judiaism. What about the Great Commission that Jesus himself commanded in Matthew 28:19? What command would you adhere to, an apostle's or Christ's?

Gift in question: my sister-in-law gave us a gift, re-gifted from her wedding (my mom gave it to her), and we returned it since we had a better crockpot given to us. Obviously we can't say "gee thanks for the crock pot we returned."

What does etiquette say in this case?

I'm considering two different card's that are basically exactly the same ( all except for the memory clock speed ). I was wondering if I could save some major mula on going with the cheaper one, but I'm not sure if the Memory Clock differance with really effect anything at all.

First off I feel a bit funny asking for help with this. Now let me get down to the situation. I work with a girl at work that I do like. Everyone in work obviously knows that I like her because I act so much happier when I'm around her. Now my friend thinks she likes me because she follows me around at work, but I think she does that just because she's looking for something to do at work. I make her giggle and all of that, but I can't figure out if she likes me or if she's just being friendly. I have her myspace/aim screen names but never had the courage to just say hi, I don't want to seem like the stalkerish type. I got her sns through other friends I have never asked for them. I am really shy and would love some advice, hopefully this is enough information so that someone can help me out. Oh yeah one more thing, everytime I look into her eyes I try to stop staring and can't sometimes I don't want to make her think something is wrong with her and that I'm only staring for no reason.

A guy sees a doctor about his stuttering. The doctor examines him and says, "Your penis is enormous. It's throwing your whole body off balance, and weighing down your vocal cords. You’ll talk fine if you let me cut four inches off."

So it goes, and a month later the guy is back. He says, "Well, I don't stutter now, but all my girlfriends have left. Frankly, it's not worth it. Please sew it back on."

Says the doctor: "Sc-sc-s-sc-sc-crew y-y-you!"
