wow u spelled lobotomy wrong and your asking a dumb question.....great combo
yes there are some very cheap ways to do it.
a screwdriver, an ice pick, or any other skinny sharp objects but personally i think you need a counselor not a lobotomy

Why do you ask such a ridiculous question? Of course there are no "Do it yourself lobotomy kits". So there is no viable answer to your question.

AND, the best way to utilize one is to have a friend do it for you.
BUT, first you both have to get smashing drunk.
