A really good friend of mine was just diagnosed with AS. I never really noticed anything differnt about her, I mean she's strange, unique really, but that's what makes her so cool. I was wondering about what exactly AS is, what it intails, why I never noticed anything, what I could do to help/be supportive, what kind of treatments she might have to deal with, and such. Also, she's almost 17 and I heard that most people are diagnosed before they're teenagers, like when they're little kids. One more thing, what does As have to do with Autism/what are the differences?

2 days ago I answered a question called "Do Muslims have a sense of humour?"
To test this I told a joke about a woman saying "does my bo.mb look big in this" it was a violation ? !
In almost all humour somebody has to be the butt of the joke. Anyone can laugh at others and say they have a sense of humour but the true test of this question is to see if Muslims can laugh at themselves. One of them reported a harmless joke so I think I proved that they can't and therefore the question is resolved that they do not have a sense of humour. If we are to have an open forum here Yahoo can't protect one group ahead of everyone else. Every other grouping on this medium get a much tougher time. There must be hundreds of questions and answers insulting Christians, Yanks, Brits, Irish jokes all over the place. If I insist they remove Irish jokes and insults to George Bush would they do it. No they wouldn't. So please can we have a little balance here and stop pandering to a small pressure group

Two drunks are sitting in a bar when one throws up over himself. "Damn," he says. "My wife is going to kill you when she see this."
"It's not a problem, "says the second drunk. "Just put £20 in your shirt pocket. When she asks what it's for, say a man threw up on you and gave you £20 to get your shirt cleaned."
"That's a great idea," says the first drunk, and to celebrate they both buy each other many drinks.
Later the first drunk returns home.....

Saying this, the drunk hands his wife some money.

id written how i feel about a girl in my blog.she read it and asked me if it was her.i told her so.we talked about if and though she had been thinking about it she said it would be better if we just stayed friends.

3 days later..she calls me at 2 am and confronts me with a few lies id previously told her about my ex's regarding my the sexual nature of our relationships.i had told most of the truth but then i messed up a few facts(first told her id did have sex with this girl, and then denied it).

so i had to confess that i did lie to her.i also said that id only lied because id thought shed look down upon me.id thought she would not like me.

she said my past doesnt bother her much but what hurts is the fact that i lied...and i agree that it is understandable..i broke her trust..and i think that maybe she was considering going out with me and thats why shed called.

now i dont know what to do...i accept what ive done..but i need to apologise.i truly love her...please help.pls
