perrier water is really great but its kind of expensive so i usually stick to gatorade and ice water

Sparkling water or club soda seems to quench my thirst the best. When drinking bottled water, I make sure it isn't too cold if I'm really thirsty. Room temperature water is easier to drink fast, so you'll drink more and quench your thirst much faster than cold water. I learned this from an old boyfriend who was in the military. He said they were taught to drink warm water when dehydrated.

most of the time its ice cold water or ice cold sprite. sprite really
quenches your thirst! just like the commercial says for sprite quenches ur thirst
