I need to eat healthy but i am broke as a joke. any ideas?? low fat lo calories from a big chain resturant

total $2.97 only about 500 calories and low fat to! enjoy

i'm pretty sure subway salads are under $3, and of course you can pick and choose whatever you want on them--they're pretty filling--but, i know what it's like to be crazy broke, so i'd say go grocery shopping, load up on veggies and deli goodies and take your own lunch!
