What's god or Who's he?
Why do pre-philosophers based our existence with god? Has anybody thought today's religion..Christians, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism and others ....were created by someone or a group of people who tried to explain our misery and existence , and it eventually became a religion.
What is the importance of religion if it has more negative effects?...Think about what's going on the middle east...
Why does religion have a place in the government...for example, gay marriages, bio-technological advances ( cloning humans)....these things are being criticized because some politicians said the bible...or their religion doesn't allow it. Do you ever feel that religion is holding us back?

My gf was molested by my friend(he's not my friend now), she's okay but now she wants absolutely to physical contact. She is a 5'1 gymnast who used to love to be held and touched. I used to be able to walk up behind her and pick her up cuz she's so light, but now she is talking about quitting gymnastics cuz her female coach keeps asking is everythings all right. She won't even let her family hug her. If a person bumps her in the hall at school she gets all uneasy. What can I do to help?? When will she (if ever) be the same again?? She blames herself. When she cries I go to hold her and she pulls away. What can I do To help? She absolutely does NOT want to report it. I will stand behind her no matter what she decides but What can I do to help. Her family knows but Why is she so afraid?? What can I do to make her trust me??

I've been taking trileptal for 7 years I recently had a seizure my Dr said it was caused by a low sodium level which is a side effect of trileptal he tried tapering me off the trileptal but my sodium level kept getting lower so he said I had to stop taking it all together I have been taking keppra and klonopin with the trileptal the Dr increased the keppra when he took me off the trileptal I feel totally awful and I'm wondering if it's withdrawal symptoms?

I'm best friends maid of honer, and I know I pay for my dress and the bachorette party and I'm going halfies with her mom on her bridal shower, plus my daughter is her flower girl which i have to buy her dress. Right there is at least $500. Now she told me as maid of honer I have to buy all the favors and what she wants is another $500. She's alot well off then I am, I'm in college and have 2 kids, is it right for her to tell me I have to pay for the favors too? Plus I'm planning my own wedding for 2008. I don't mind the $500 but $1000 isn't that alot to ask for?

I've been seeing this guy for about two weeks and it was moving in the direction of becoming a relationship when all the sudden one day when I go over to his house to hang out with him he tells me his friend asked him out. in his exact words "she asked me out and I was think since I haven't been in a relationship in three years and I really want things to work ot between me and you and my first relationship i know wont work out I was thinking of dating her since I know it wont work out and when its over between me and her date you so that we really do have a chance at the relationship working out." Of course me being to stupid idiot that I am and wanting it to really work out because I was really into him told him to go threw with it. We hung out the next day after her started dating her and we couldn't keep our hands off eachother. I know that I should just move on and get over him and that I shouldn't be doing this to myself but I just can't get over him. What should I do?

I am 27 yrs old and I have 4 beautiful childeren. The idea of having another child right now to be honest scares me a little, but i cant say that it is totally out of the question. The problem is that I made the appointment to have my tubes tied, its in 17 days, but the closer that i get to it the more i wonder if i am doing the right thing. When I had made the decision things werent going to good for us financially but now we are doing allright also another deciding factor was that my youngest was born premature and he had developmental problems that took up alot of time dealling with, doctors appointments and all, but he's getting through really well and developing alot better. I was told that i could have the procedure reversed, but would it be worth going through it at all. I cant use birthcontrol i had my second while on the pill, and i am afraid that condoms will break, they already have a few times. any advice would be great thx.

OK, there are these lads at school who are a older and think that it is funny to bully me. I dont tend to take any notice but somtimes it gets me down and i dont know how to deal with things. I think the reason they do this is because i am gay and i realise that there are people with different views on gay people but i dont see a need to bully me and make me feel unhappy. I know that i should talk to a teacher about this but i feel it would make the situaton worse and i dont believe its at an extreme level. I feel hard to talk to people and meet different people because of how i sound and i feel self concious when i try and speak back. I know that i am going to come across alot more people who feel the same way as they do but i am unsure how to deal wit it all. please help, alex xx
