Go to the drug store and buy "candid tv". It is a dandruff solution, and it is cheap and it is the best solution!
You can place an aspirin in your shampoo.
Wash your hair with dandruff shampoo or a menthol shampoo.
And, do not use oil on your hair before getting rid of those dandruffs!!

the fastest way to get rid of dandruff is the natural way.
use white vinegar about a teaspoon full (use it at night time) and rinse it with warm water (and rinse it well!) then the next day there would be no smell.

U should use selsun Dandruff or Head and
Shoulders shampoo. I had really bad dandruff and they work.

try nirzal 2% shampoo from jhonson n jhonson...a sureshot way to get rid of dandruff....use it once a week..n do a scalp test for allergy before using it

well..i could recommend u with head & shoulders shampoo like everyone else cause im usin it myself.. but i'd like to be more usefull for you .. my mom is a dermatologist for like 20 years..so she recommended me to use FRESH LEMONJUICE..and believe me, it workwed.....you bring one or two lemons,squeeze them ,and put the juice on the base of the head,after 15 munits wash it and it'll be shiny,clean and no dandruff..u canrepear it each time u have this problem...trust me...

you could use head and shoulders, but when you stop using it it will come back, you could need a shampoo that is for balance, try getting it through a store that sells hair products or through your hair stylist. your hairstylist will be able to recommend one. be prepared to buy the shampoo as professional products don't come cheap.
