We can't diagnose your dog over the internet. But, if your dog is not eating spaghetti, and is pooping what looks like spaghetti, then he needs to go to the vet. It's possible that it's worms and he needs to be treated right away. And yes, it's possible for a 14 week old dog to have worms.

Is this dog a dog that was gotten from a breeder? If so, you should have copies of all his medical records. Be sure to bring thses with to the vet. Good luck to you.

Not spaghetti...those are worms.

Clean up the poop immediately and then clean the area with diluted bleach.

Get your dog to the vet. Your dog most likely has tape worms, as well as hook worms and other types. Wormers from the store will not take care of all of the worms...

Hi, what you are seeing are called roundworms. They are very contagious, and people can get them too. And yes pups are usually born with them. Call the vet and get a broad spectrum wormer, he may have whips and hooks too. Then to keep it from coming back you have to pick up all the poo in his yard, and clean his bedding and toys with a bleach and soapy hot water solution. If you have carpet in your house keep him off till the worms are gone, and use a high temp steam cleaner to kill any eggs that may have gotten in the carpet. Now for the fun news, cat poo and other animal poo are usually loaded with roundworms, so if your pup steps in some and licks his paws he can get it again. So keep your yard clean, and watch that he don't eat any or play in any poo. Good Luck.

They are most probably hook worms from the intestines. Puppies are often born with worms which is probably where they came from. Get the dog to the vet for a de-worming.

Your puppy definitely has worms. This needs to be taken care of and soon. They can interfere with puppy getting the proper nutrition out of the food you are giving him. They can give him diarrhea and sometimes it can be bloody. They can make him lose weight and not thrive. All puppies have them. They could be roundworms or hookworms. Sometimes they can even have tapeworms. A few pills and puppy will be much better. He is probably due for shots anyway, a trip to the vet is in order! Have fun with your sweet new puppy!

Sounds like roundworms. Almost ALL puppies are born with them. Take him to the vet and get him dewormed. It is very simple to get rid of them.
