My toy poodle is holding up her front leg. I don't know how she hurt it, she's an indoor dog for the most part.

When I manipulate the leg she wimpers a little when I touch (firmly) the area betweeen her paw and elbow. Otherwise not acting in pain, hopping on 3 legs when we take her potty.

Does it sound as if it is broken? How does a vet treat a broken leg? Do dogs wear casts?

Ok. We've been friends for about 2 months and she knows I like her. She's not the type of girl who would just go along with your scheme. If she wants something she'll have it, and vice versa. What do I do to take this friendship to a new level, without being too blunt about it. Like, I need that one move that'll change everything. I just don't know what it is yet.

A couple was going to a costume party. The husband was unsure of what costume to wear. His wife told him to hurry, or they would be late for the party. She was walking downstairs from the bedroom, completely naked, except on her feet were a big old floppy pair of boots.

"Where is your costume?" the husband asked.

"This is it," replied his wife.

"What the heck kind of costume is that?" asked the husband.

"Why, I am going as Puss and Boots," explained the wife. "Now hurry and get your costume on."

The husband went upstairs and returned in two minutes. He also was completely naked except that he had a rose vase over his penis.

"What the heck kind of costume is that?" asked the wife.

"I am a fire alarm," he replied.

"A fire alarm?" she repeated, laughing.

"Yes," he replied. "In case of fire, break the glass. Pull twice and I come."

I feel useless like I dont matter, and that hardly anyone cares about me and i have so many thoughts of suicide, I just cant find a reason to live anymore and I am so tired of suffering and feeling so bad....i know it is kinda of selfish but i hav no idea y i should live anymore....help?

i started dating this guy and then after like 16 days he broke up with me and then 3 days later he went out with another girl that had the same name as me and then after a week he broke up with her and started dating me, the next day he broke up with me saying he didnt need a gf right now which is what he said when he broke up with me the first time. is there somethin wrong with me or is it just him?

We've been together for 4 yrs now. We live together, have a life together, and my son who's 5 has no memory of life without him. We've had problems, but who hasn't? After a stress filled week, I find out 3 days ago that I'm pregnant. We've talked about it so often for the past year that I'm sure he'll be thrilled. Not only is he NOT thrilled, he'd like for us not to keep it. He cites every cliche reason in the book, ranging from us "argueing a lot lately", to the "timing being off" (he just started a new job). I'm 28 yrs old. He knows (& agrees) that I want to have one more baby before 30. For the first time in our relationship, he actually mentioned the possibility of us not staying together; "What if we break up? I wouldn't want you to be a single mom with 2 kids". I have NEVER heard him say anything of the sort before, & if anything, has always been the confident, optimistic one. Does this mean he's never been serious? Am I missing something... a hint? What do you think?

I've heard this frequently this time of year, so much that it gets in the news about schools cancelling Halloween, people having Hell Houses instead of Haunted Houses, and churches having religious alternatives to Halloween parties. I've heard lots of devout Christians say they consider Halloween evil, demonic, and "the Devil's holiday", but never any real answer as to why.

I can't see anything satanic about Halloween myself, even went trick-or-treating as a kid back when I was still a Lutheran. Actually, I seem to recall my church having halloween parties for us kids with games and pinatas sort of thing.

Can anyone explain the reasoning behind this without using "it's the Devil's holiday" or that it's a Pagan holiday? Just because it's derived from a non-Christian religion, doesn't mean it's an "evil" holiday, so that's not a good enough answer.

Bible quotations are welcome so I can look them up for cross-referencing. And please be respectful! I look forward to your answers. :)

my fiance has 6 groomsmen, there is no questioning or changing that, I have 1 MOH, and have asked 2 BM's so far, I also want to ask my 3 cousins (ages 32-38), their daughters are very close to me, and they are at a weird age, 8 yrs. old, too old to be flower girls, so I was going to have them be junior BM's, but that becomes too many. Help!!!!!! Should I ask my three cousins to be BM's or have their daughters be junior BM's (there are 2 of them).
