Make her realize that you want more out of the friendship and start doing little sweet things that a boyfriend would do. But don't over due it. send her flowers or write a poem but only once every two weeks. Therefore it would give her time to get feelings for you and examine her feelings toward you.

You're looking for "one move that will change everything?" Sorry pal, but I think you've watched one too many John Cusak movies. In real life, the nice guy doesn't always get the girl. More often, the nice girl end up with a schmuck because of HER issues. And all you can do is sit there and watch like a doormat/puppy or get on with your life.
If this girl really is as together as you say, and has what she wants, then if she wanted you, she would have you by now right? Chances are, she sees you as a friend, and that's what you'll have to settle for.
Then again, there is another possibility. You say you've known her for only two months. Two months? Be real. You know absolutely nothing about her. Nearly everything you think about her is in your head. I'm sure you've imagined wonderfully romatic moments between the two of you that reflect YOUR desires, not who she really is. My advice is take some more time, be friends, and get to know her. Who knows, in another two months you may very well ask yourself what you were thinking.
Good luck.

Ask her out on a date and the whole time you are out be a complete gentleman, open the car door for her, push her chair in when she sits down, treat her like a lady (you can look this up on how to be a gentleman) it might feel weird doing this but it will make a good impression. At the end of your date make sure you tell her you enjoyed her company and would like to see her again. No kisses (on the check is ok) unless she makes the first move. I know this sounds weird but all my girlfriends say they would like for once to be treated like a lady and not to be expected to put out or act if they owe them a favor. Good Luck

I think you should send her flowers with a little love poem telling her how you feel about her. Then, tell her to call you so all can meet up somewhere and all can talk. Tell her that you like her and you want to take this relationship to another if, that is okay with her. If, she just wants to remain friends for a little while. I think you should respect her wishes. You don't want to lose her. All always be their for. Let her know no matter what happens you will always be their for her.
