I understand we help starving countries and send medical help and I am all for that, but why don't they also put women on birth control?

I understand this cost money but my friend has been getting birth control pills free for years because she doesn't make enough money and couldn't support a child if she became pregnant.

Who is gonna pay for that? And are you gonna hand out water bottles with fresh water in them for them to drink? They have NOTHING......and what about the militia men who come in and storm villages and rape these women......for most, it is not a choice....I think food, water, and safe Havens, would be the place to start...DON'T complain about the PROBLEM if you are NOT going to be part of the SOLUTION......no offense to your question or you.....HOT TOPIC for me...
