Monday - workout for 20 minutes after breakfast. 45 minute walk in evening, toning exercises for legs and abs in evening.
Tuesday - Strength training for 20 minutes in morning, 15 minute workout in afternoon, 45 minute walk in evening, toning exercises for arms,legs and abs in evening.
Wednesday- Same as Monday
Thursday same as Tuesday
Friday same as Monday
Saturday- 30 minute walk in morning, 20 minute workout in afternoon, 45 minute walk in evening. Plus toning exercises.
Sunday - 30 minute walk in morning, strength training in afternoon, 45 minute walk in evening, plus toning.
I will be eating 5 meals a day, and will be eating around 1300 calories. (healthy meals of course)
Is this a good workout plan? How long will it take for results? My main thing is getting a flat stomach. How long do you think it would take to get a flat stomach?
