I made spaghetti sauce (with ground beef, zucchini, tomatoes, carrots, garlic & onions) on Saturday night. Is it still ok to eat leftover sauce (on Monday)?
How about giving it to my three-year old?
Thanks

Yes, it was refrigerated in Tupperware.

No, I didn't freeze it, but I might for next time, thanks.

yes its fine. If you have left over sauce in the future you can freeze it and it will keep for a long time.

Yeah, it's still ok to eat as long as you didn't store the sauce in on top of the stove all three days. Yum.

I know that I've eaten leftover pasta sauce four or five days after I made it.

Enjoy your leftovers. :)

If you make plenty, try freezing it until next time. That's what I do with mine and my husband's left-over spaghetti sauce.
