I have always loved the Bears since the days of Walter Payton (R.I.P). McMahon and "the fridge". Sick offense and number #1 ranked defense. You can't beat em'. They even played horrible against the cardinals and still won.

I would like to see them win in the Super Bowl. Its true. You can't beat em. When they are playing like this, they look like a team of destiny.

If you were able to see the Bears/49ers game this week, you would have noticed that Pat Summerall did the play-by-play for the game. Pat drooled about the the storied Bears teams and players throughout the NFL's history.

People say Dallas is "America's Team". Some say it is Green Bay. When the Bears are winning, sports' networks realize how loved the 1985 team and how dominant they were. Thereby, people want to see the Bears bring the dominance and personality to the current team. With the sports media so much stronger than in 1985, Fox, ESPN, CBS, NBC, etc. wants to capitalize on the colorful storylines from so long ago.

This Bear team is different, with a totally different style of football (aerial attack & defense of speed) than they have ever had in the team's history.

Besides the team/team's fans that they would play in the Super Bowl, EVERYONE would want the Bears to win.

As a Chicagoan I have to proudly say "GO BEARS". I have always liked the Bears whether they had winning or losing records. Every team has their chance to shine and now it's our chance. The only semi-negative thing I can say is that they'd be a lock to win the Super Bowl if they had a quarterback with more NFL experience. This doesn't mean that Grossman hasn't been doing a good job. I just believe that if they had signed a Brees, or Culpepper they'd be a hair better. not much better but just a hair. GO BEARS!!!!!!!!!

no..im sick of band wagon jumpers pretending they have always been bear fans..and sick of the Grossman hype..and his eyebrows..ive seen the games..all his completed passes are wide open downfield..or little dunk passes..any QB can succeed in that system..even Kyle Orton..which should give you some idea..Grossman is playing in what is pretty much his first season..and has yet to make 20 starts..lets wait to see him do it over a span of years before you put him in the elite of QBs..the defense..yeah its great..but the RBs and WRs are mediocre..Mushim also has the lamest TD celebration ever..oooh look what i can do..i can put the ball threw my legs and swtich to the other hand!
