this boy, my friends boy is 10 years old, and he broke his dominant arm. he cant go outside because he cant move his arm to get dressed, and shes going mad trying to keep him occupied. any suggestions?

A few of them are aways stealing and eating our food. Even stuff that is not wrapped up like sandwiches. I would like some ideas on what I can put in the food that will NOT hurt them but teach them a lesson. Management will do nothing about this problem. It is hard to work a 12 hour shift only to come to break w/o a lunch.

Jake is struggling through a bus station with two huge & heavy suitcases when a guy walks up & asks "Have you got the time?"
Jake sighs, puts down the suitcases. "It's 5:45."
Stranger: "That's a nice watch!"
"Yeah, check this out, time zone display for every time zone in the world & the 86 largest metropolises.
He hits a few buttons & a voice says "The time is eleven 'till six"
. "That's not all" He pushes another button & a map of New York City appears on screen. "The flashing dot shows our location by satellite positioning,"
"I want to buy this watch!" says the stranger.
"Oh, no, it's not ready for sale yet", says the inventor.
"But check this, it’s got an FM radio receiver with a digital tuner, a sonar device that can measure distances up to 125 meters, & impressive of all, the capacity for voice recordings of up to 300 standard-size books.”
"I've got to have this watch!", says the stranger.
"It's not ready -"
"I'll give you $1000 for it!"
"Oh, no, I've already spent more than -"
"I'll give you $5000 for it!"
"But it's just not -"
"I'll give you $15,000 for it, take it or leave it." "
The stranger pulls out a checkbook.
Jake abruptly makes his decision. "OK", he says, & peels off the watch
& the stranger starts happily away.
"Hey, wait a minute", calls Jake after the stranger, who turns around warily.
Jake points to the two suitcases he'd been trying to wrestle through the bus station.
"Don't forget your batteries."

for the past 2 months, Ive become more and more tense, anxious- even paranoid and irrational.

i have nightmares everynight. - I'm working on Lucid awareness dreaming- but it's yet to help. but the thing that REALLY worries me is my irrational fears. I imagine ( and I say imagine, becasue I don't actually believe that this is really happening) i imagine I hear ghosts say my name, that there is a presence behind me, I imagine eveyday when i come home that there is a burgular inside my home. Iimagine someone standing behing me pushing me down the stairs, someone standing on the other side of the shower curtian.. it goes on and on...

I moved to a small (er) town recently, pretty far away from everyone I know ( except my hubby..) I've talked to him about this and he seems supportive but he always tells me that It's from watching unsolved mysteries, or that i should just "change my thoughts" as if I hadn't tried that.

I've never experienced anything like this before.. please help.
