You should be proud of yourself for losing 6lbs, don't feel like its not shifting quick enough, as the slower it takes to come off the longer it stays off. Persist, and stick to your plan adding in other things, more walking, walk up and down the stairs so many times a day etc etc. Have a look at the following website, you do have to register, but it is free and it shows you loads of exercises that you can do, with short clips on how to do them.

Don't feel down about it, I think you have done very well, keep on doing. The other thing is, if you are only having to lose a small amount of weight, then this will also take time for it to come off, as very overweight people find it comes off really quickly to start with, then starts to get slower.

All the best, YOU CAN DO IT.

6 pounds per month is okay. Weight watchers and other boxed diet plans work by slow process. It's supposed to help prevent you from regaining the weight that you lost. You stick to it and in 6 months time you will have lost 36 pounds and you'll see the difference. Good luck!

Well it sounds like it is working, you lost 6 pounds. Keep in mind you most likely didn't gain the weight fast, so your not gonna lose it fast. The slower you lose it the better. Your more apt to stick with the changes you've made to lose the weight. And it's also healthier for your body to lose it slow. Good luck!

It takes a while but with the points system it sort of educates. Good foods, bad foods etc. My wife swears by it. She hasn't been in years but sometimes says "I've gotta get back on me points" She hasn't put any real weight on at all.

Regards xxB
