Musiu: thanks for the advice. I have been in touch with Friends United and told them that they should consider a classification for either childrens' homes or orphanages or both. They are considering it. Actually, I think you might be slightly incorrect about the age range on Yahoo Q&A - there is a large community out there of 'silver surfers' because it's good for the brain when your circle of friends is shrinking!!

You are unlikely to get a response on Yahoo! Answers, because (1) your query relates to an extremely tiny proportion of the population, and (2) most regular Yahoo! users are much younger than the people that you seek.
Another thing to consider is that the potential response is either "yes" or "no". This would not be at all interesting or informative for you.
