In other words, how can I wear simple outfit and yet look sexy?
Should I work out more to build arms?
Or should I wear particular types of cloths?

Its not always the outfit that's sexy but the confidence you have in wearing the outfit.
You shouldn't necessarily need to work out.
Wearing just a well fitting pair of dark denim jeans and a simple shirt/t-shirt/jumper with some polished shoes should do the trick.
Having freshly laundered clothes & a nice smelling aftershave (Diesel is scrumptious!) goes a long way too.

well if you are sexy then you can wear anything but if your no then there is no helping you just be your self and have a good since of humor and be trustable that is sexy. but hey if you are sexy then you can wear anything it doesnt matter on the brand of clothing most guys look good in a simple white shirt and a pair of pants that make your butt look good. and maybe ifyou want to look hotter start working out but you should realize that not every girl likes a guuy the is macho. but either way just be your self.....

No, if you're sexy you're sexy! not much work is needed. Personally, I dislike huge muscles, i like a man average...Not bodybuilder type body...As for clothing, just dress simple...a nice plain sweater (depending on the weather: hot: t-shirt) and nice plain long jeans will do...and you're on your way to looking sexi-fied :p

its not your clothes that make you attractive its how you think,act and talk. in other words every one can be attractive if he wants to... oh yeh one more thing it is also very important to specify who do you want to be attracted to you i mean if you want a geek to be attracted you have to be smart and a geek too get the idea

keep it neat and clean and smelling good and girls will automatically like you but please u have to be a nice human being before u want to wear "nice" clothes!!!
