ive fractured my ankle a year ago which makes me unable to run or jog. What other cardio exercise can i do besides jogging or running?

If you have any sort of joint problems, swimming is ideal. There's minimal impact and it's great exercise. When I suffered a knee injury and needed to build up strength and fitness again, I swam regularly since I couldn't take any impact on my knee.
