Thinking about getting the jba system.

5 weeks ago I started a healthy eating and exercise plan to shape up for Christmas. I am trying to stick to 1200 cals per day. I don't count the calories obsessively but I know what I should and shouldn't be eating. I am not depriving myself of the odd square of chocolate and I am eating small and regular meals. Each week I am running outside for 40 mins (twice), doing a 1 hour weight training class (twice) and a 1 hour spin class at the gym (once). I must be doing something right as I am definitely losing inches as my tight jeans are no longer tight. However the scales are only showing a 4 lb loss and this is getting me down. I want to lose another stone but am finding the slow weight loss really depressing. Would really appreciate any ideas to speed things up!!

The truck series has a standard starting grid of 36, but Busch and Cup races start 43 cars. Many of these drivers are overmatched for the competition they face each week. The results are crowded pit roads and inexperienced drivers causing havoc for those who are more qualified. Possibly imposing a minimum number of races be driven at each lower level would ease this problem.

Here's the problem: my boyfriend and i have been together for 4 years off and on. When we were off, he didn't waste time being single, he went out with lots of girls. I probably only dated about 2 guys so he was obviously the go-getter of meeting girls. Anyway now we're back together for good, and I still have jealousy problems. Recently I found that he texted a female friend (who i have met several times) where she flirted with him and told him she'd model him fishnets in a jokingly way and it seemed he was flirting back. I confronted him and he said adamantly that his co-worker wrote it, and i don;t know if i should believe him because his immature co-workers (30 year olds with frat boy mentality) has texted me under his name. I went psycho last night and was balling, and he says he doesn't know how to deal with my jealousy problems. I'm willing to talk it out and work it out because i know he wouldn't cheat on me, so how do i prove it? He already thinks i am just super jealous

I think they should wear it if they want.ironically,the bible mentions the veil as well,not to mention that no movie or pictures of the biblical times show women without something covering their hair with relatively long clothing.Why is it that we choose to modernize something that was obviously necessary back then. If we should believe the BIble, its all or nothing,you cant pick and choose what you think is literal and what you think is just figurative.Furthermore,nuns wear the same head coverings only in black and no one looks down on them.

i have an 87 ford bronco 2 with push button 4wd. the 4wd used to work but recently it has not been working, ive heard that the soleniod motor that engages the 4wd goes bad and if i fix that it will work again? correct ? or any other ideas?

About three months ago I lied to my fiance about texting one of my friend's friend. I wanted to find out where people were going out etc. she was a girl. I didn't tell her because I was scared she would get mad. Now, she told me that i had to quit drinking, go to therapy, and take medication. I love this woman with all my heart. we been together for 1 1/2 years. I would do anything for her. I have gone to therapy, taken medication for adhd, quit drinking, quit going out. I don't talk to the "friends" i had when I was going out anymore. We have had some money troubles so i went out and got a second job. She has no job. I take care of everything. She now says, after all this hard work that I have done that she doesn't want to be with me. She wants to be friends, but she can not promise anything as to working it out. What sucks is I was making so much progress. She also said she doesn't want to have kids with me because i have 2 from previous and that it wont b special. What do I do?
