What is a good way to start? What kind of foods should I eat? I currently run about two miles a day. But would like to know what I can do to build stamina and strength to sustain myself in a marathon.

My wife does not want to have sex any more. I do. I am really attracted to my next door neighbor whose husband happens to be in Iraq and she is attracted to me. How do I remain friends but not end up in bed together. I am afraid one innocent kiss would be all it would take for both of us to head to the bedroom. Her husband is my friend and is a serviceman in Iraq and I would really feel bad to take advantage of the situation but she comes on to me like she is willing. Any suggestions?

ok so sometime around 3 to 5 years ago i noticed when i eat (in my opinion specifically sugary foods) my chest and somewhat neck turns red and blotchy. i get feelings around my heart im not sure if they could be considered heratburn or not but it kind of feels like filled with air and seems to make noises like my stomach growling...but i usually get these after eating or drinking sodas. also recently ive noticed when eating sweets escepcailly cakes with sugary icings like thise from grocery bakerys i get this feeling like im going to vomit. i also noticed the other day whille eating a klondike bar that my arm was itchy and i noticed it had little bumps all over it almost like a rash. i dont know if this means anything but i have awful allergies right now due to weather and im also getting occasional headaches and backpains almost every day. so could all these symtomns be the result of a sugar intollerance, sugar allergy, glucose or surcose intollernce or do have any idea of what it is

At the beginning of this semester I met this girl and we have hung out a number of times. The last time we hung out at her place we kissed and really had a great night, so a couple of days later i emailed her to make plans again. Yesterday she emailed me saying she will be out of town for a funeral and doesnt know when she will be back. She said she will let me know when she will return, but she also told me we need to talk. This was the first time we kissed and it wasn't awkward it would have happened sooner or later. I need some advice on what to expect from the phrase "we need to talk". Could she have changed her mind about kissing me or is she looking for more. Please ladies what does this mean?

I think the NFC South. Only Division with 3 teams with 4 or more wins. Plus the worst team the bucs beat the best team (at the time) of the preseaon best division NFC East, the Eagles. Also who do you think will go to the Super Bowl. And please for those of you going to say Bears vs. Colt. Please don't waste my time. Colts have a shot but they need a running game. The Bears offence isn't as good as people think and they will be done by the end of the season. My thought San Diego (if merriman can stay off the juice) vs. New York Giants (Who are playing the best football in the nfl right now)....... No one from the NFC South with make it to the Super Bowl because they will be beating up on each other all season long.

As a person manifested from this messed up society I always wondered- what do we live for and why do we do it? Well, I got to this because one of my freinds say its for the sex and no matter what, it all leds to the sake of sex, well I think different, and you know what I want to hear what you all got to say, to win, convince me your reason is the one to go with. As an idea hears an over veiw of mine: life is a chance to learn to push the limits of the human body so we can prove humans are above all else, some more than others, and to learn, not for sex, but for one's self and to prove one is better than everyone else, not for sex, but to luagh at the patheticness of everyone else.
So- leave your beleif, and please no long explainations of religion, I know the ways of religion and what you misbelieved in, but please just state the religion and dont try to convince me that your religion is what makes the world goes round, because I dont care. I have a son and a daughter that I'm non-residential custodian. I want to move in with my fiance and we only have one bedroom for the 2 kids, until we buy a house in 4-5 months. With the being opposite sex, does that matter or do we have to have 2 separate bedrooms? Does it matter one way or another since I'm non-residential?
