I have a Sony multi-regional dvd player, problem is when I play dvds from another region on it, the colour comes out Black & White. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this, as i've tried every button on the dvd remote & on the back of the dvd player. And now someone has advised me that it could be my tv.

I have been given a question "someone has asked an experienced joiner to repair some wooden stairs which were in a dilapidated condition. Whilst carrying out the repair the stairs collapsed on the joiner and he suffered serious injury. Starting tonight at midnight you can hear stern for free. Go to howardstern.com or sirius.com and sign up to listen to stern from the 25th to 26th. They are going to have a Gary (Ba Ba Boey) roast and will air a half hour sitcom for the first witch was written by the creator of the simpsons, Sam Simon, it's called "Bitter Half". They will have Farell, Bubba, and Howard's show for those two days plus other shows such as riley martin. If your not a fan of howard, you can still listen to the music, sports, or news shows. My neighbor's son bullies & hits her. He's six and huge, she's tiny. The boy & his sister play with the neighborhood kids in a group in front of my house\in my yard at the end of our dead-end street. Some moms watch & keep order.

If he doesn't get his way he will sometimes punch/slap/kick his mom. I can't stand by while he hurts her, so I have stepped in between them to stop him from punching her, grabbed his hands so he can't hit me, steered him away as he tried to kick.

BTW His dad said it was cute when the kid at 3 "tried to put mom in her place." Her family is overseas. The dad is IMHO emotionally abusive but doesn't hit anyone--just lets kids do what they want. He travels alot. Kid is in private school.

At some point he's going to hurt me or I'm going to hurt him accidentally---or he's going to hurt me & one of my kids is going to cream him.

I'm also worried that if I or one of my kids hurts him we'll be liable. Not letting my kids play outside isn't an option. Help!

A while ago my girlfriend kissed another guy she had had a crush on before me in a nightclub, when I was away on a trip for the weekend. She was very drunk and regretted it and we have long since made up, things are great between us. The guy now has a long-term girlfriend of his own (all this happened a year ago). Thing is, he won't leave me alone. At first it was just minor things, if we bumped into each other (he always has a gang with him) he'd sneer at me or call me names, trying to provoke me by telling me what he'd done with my girlfriend. I used to just take it on the chin. Then it got to the stage where he'd found out my phone number and started calling me- now he's got to following me in to the toilets at our local night club and laughing and my p*nis with a gaggle of girls he smuggles in (he has a girlfriend but is a real player), throwing stuff at my car and spitting on my housemates if he sees them out- I've been to the police and they said not to bother them. What to do?!

Why is it that everytime someone ask's a simple honest question there is always some one who can only answer with sarcasm, stpidity, or just needs, to check the words spelled in short or just with a few errors, is this site being monitored and do you get point's for good spelling,sarcasim,or just be a pain in the b#** can one just deal with honest folk, not humm,hummm's.
