Virgin Mobile because there is a flat rate of $0.10 a minute and only $0.05 per text message. I've been with them for 2 years, almost 3 in December. They've always resolved any questions or technical areas within a couple hours at the most. Hope this helps; good luck!

Cingular -Pick your plan.. 49.99 a month gives you mobile to mobile, n/weekends, and 400 anytime minutes.... plus an additional 200 text messages for 4.99 who can beat that??
