I would like to know if AutoCad can be run using a wireless mouse?

Yes, Autocad can be used with almost any type of pointing device. How well it works out for you is another matter.

I am not sure I understand what you are asking about the center button.

I personally prefer a wireless wheel mouse when the center is a wheel/button. You can weel up to zoom in, wheel down to zoom out, and push and hold the wheel to pan.... sweet!
