You can either buy a graphing calculator or start plugging in numbers in the place of x and then graph the points on the graphing paper. Some examples are:
y=0-3
y=-3
(0,-3)
y=1-3
y=-2
(1,-2)
y=5-3
y=2
(5,3)
The sample points are (0,-3), (1,-2) and (5,3)
You can use any number in place of x, whether it is positive or negative, to make the graph.
I hope this helps!

:) just plug in numbers for x and y, and u will get a set of coordinates.
start with x = 0, 1, 2, 3, etc
if x = 0, y = 0 - 3. so y = -3. coordinate is (0, -3)
if x = 1, y = 1 - 3 = -2. coordinate is (1, -2)
if x = 2, y = 2 - 3 = -1. coordinate is (2, -1)
now take those coordinates, graph them on your graph paper. draw a line, and that will be the answer to the question. good luck

ok, the x can either be a 2 or a 1, the y also has the same possibilities it depends on the way you want to put it it can go 2 ways
3-2=1
-or-
3-1=2

simple put the x coodinate and subtract 3. That will give you the y coordinate. Graph that. It is a linear equation.

Well you do know you cannot graph on yahoo right? Anyways if you are familiar with y=mx+b then it is easy.
