I have a quick and easy peanut butter cookie recipe and it is good, too!

1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Combine and roll into balls and flatten on a greased cookie sheet with a fork dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes. Yummy!

Sounds like a blast. It depends on if you want a basic great tasting cookie or a fancy great tasting cookie. For a great standby I make cowboy cookies. Basically chocolate chip cookies made with oatmeal. I add nuts to the recipe for the family members that like nuts. Another great standby is no bake cookies. So easy and everyone really likes them. The absolute easiest thing to bring would be chocolate covered peanuts.
OK, basic great cookies out of the way, here are a couple of fancier things to bring. Mini cheesecakes made with mini vanilla wafers, or peanut butter cup cookies or a pressed cookie like butter snow flakes. All of these recipes are linked below. Have a good time!
