Anyone know how i relieve my period cramps and sickness. I usually dose myself up with pain killers and a hot water bottle but ive started full time work now so wont be able to use a hot water bottle. Mine are worst on the 1st couple of days and i dont wanna go on the pill, anyone got any ideas for me?

It's been two years since my ex-boyfriend broke up with me when i moved away to college. we remained friends w/benefits for the last two years and recently when i found out he was with another girl i told him it has to stop. ignored his phone calls for about 2 weeks and he persistently called me over and over until i finally alled back. he still calls every two weeks...tells me he wants to make sure "im happy" what do you think is going on? if he has a new girl...doesn't want to be with me b/c i live at college 2 hours away...why does he call me so much? do u think he really still likes me but wants me to have fun at college and is using this girl for sex (he cheated on her with me). i just dont get it...he says "i want to make sure your happy...your such a great person..etc." any thoughts or advice? even though i still like him should i play the game?

I started taking my 20 month old daughter to a parent and toddler group over a month ago.
Personally i hate going but i was doing it for my daughter thinking it would help with her social skills but i sit there watching the kids either playing on their own or grabbing toys from one another !!!
I always watch what my daughters doing so as i can correct her if i see her taking a toy from a child that it still playing with it !! But everytime someone makes a grab for her and pushes her over the other mothers just sit ther gabbing and drinking Tea ! My daughter seems to be quite timid and lets them take the toy and looks as if she doesn't know whats going on !!! This angers me as the other parents don't do anything about it !!!
I don't want to go back to the group now as i don't see what my daughter is getting out of this at all !!!
Am i being selfish if i keep her away from it and just leave the social thing till she goes to nursery ????
Am i a silly mum ????

i am married in malaysia from last 6yrs and have 2 kids , my father is posted outside the town and he doing travelling everyday. my one brother is posted out of town too and coming once in week . my babhi is also working and she prefers to be with her parents , my mom is facing from ill health , she is diabetic, hypertension, and many more. earlier my younger brother use to help to take care my mom but now he is goin abroad to study
now my dilema is should i go and stay with my mom to help her . she needs somebody near her
but what my hubby then and my kids? their study will be affected they the need the national language of malaysia for their future.
whom should i stay with my mom , my hubby?
please give me serious reply .
if u were in my shoes what would you have done
