Generally accepted principles in International Law are being followed by countries around the world regarding war, crimes, trade and succession of governments.

Sure, the law of Nature. No matter where you go, it is constant and present whether you realize it or not. Also the law of God. Whether you are a believer or not, it will follow you beyond the grave. Just wait and see ( - :
