Anyone know how i relieve my period cramps and sickness. I usually dose myself up with pain killers and a hot water bottle but ive started full time work now so wont be able to use a hot water bottle. Mine are worst on the 1st couple of days and i dont wanna go on the pill, anyone got any ideas for me?

There are some great medicines (ie Ponstan) that are available. In some countries these are available from your pharmacist, and others you will need to get a perscription from your Dr for them. So go to your chemist first and ask them, if they cant give you the strong stuff then you will need to go to your GP.
I would also suggest if its a continuing problem and gets debilatating at times, then see your Dr also about 'endometriosis'. If your Dr dismisses it, then go see another one. You can be treated for this if you have it, but it will involve going to hospital.

Tylenol and Chocolate always worked well for me. It kept me okay enough to function.

There are tablets you can buy over the counter in any pharmacy called FEMINAX. I use them and find them brilliant.
