Umm..don't you mean something that would NOT be unhealthy or fattening? Oops! Freudian slip!?
Most of the stuff that immediately comes to mind is a bit fibrous -- almost any kind of raw vegetable, such as carrot sticks, radishes or broccoli or cauliflower flowerettes.
Fruit is supposed to be about 90 percent water (except for starchy fruit like bananas) but it does contain (natural) sugar. (A friend who really needed to lose weight was told to keep her fruit consumption to two pieces daily, period.) Apples are great (it's not for nothing that saying about "an apple a day keeps the doctor away"!). Grapefruit, oranges and tangerines. Grapes. (Supposedly, if you put grapes in the freezer, they're an excellent dessert substitute.)
If you have in-between meals hunger pangs, why not make a big pot of vegetable soup (potatoes, onions, garlic, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, leeks, whatever you like boiled until mushy in a COVERED pot. Then discard the veggies -- all their nutrients will have cooked into the water. Season the liquid to taste and drink warm or cold throughout the day. It really cuts your hunger, is extremely healthy and very low in calories.) You could also drink tomato juice or some sort of mixed veggie juice (like V8).
Good luck with your diet! It isn't always easy, but the results are well worth it!

Light & Fit yogurt! It's relatively well and simplest 60 cals. I attempt to steer clear of carbs correct earlier than mattress due to the fact I do not like feeling so complete while I'm making an attempt to go to sleep. So... I both have yogurt or just a few tea.

While you can, how about some raw broccoli or cauliflower cut up and a very small container of the full version of ranch or blue cheese dressing. 2 T. of that dressing and NO MORE, your veggies, and a glass of skim milk. protein, fat, low carb, no sugar.
baby Dill pickles. High flavor. high in sodium though,,,
single serving of campbells soups, soup to go...
1/2 c serving of lowfat cottage cheese and an apple.
banana smeared with 1 T Smart Blend Peanut butter, frozen in foil...
Dannons Light N fit yogurt(mix in 1T of oatmeal, uncooked, let sit for a while) with one piece of fresh fruit.
Good suggestion toobeaucoup, I also use the soy chips crumbled as croutons on my salad instead of teh high fat ones....

I make fresh popped popcorn minus all the crap. I might sprinkle cayenne pepper for spice. I also do granny smith apples w/ a slice of parmesan cheese - or if I'm in need of sweet, I really like the 100 calorie chips ahoy or oreo wafers.
hm....now I need a snack!

I've just discovered soy chips. They sounded nasty, but they are actually quite tasty and only 110 calories per serving. I also love cottage cheese. If you're in a sugary mood, then apples dipped in fat-free caramel sauce are delicious (there's that damn roughage again though).
